Chris arranged to repair a burst flexible hose in a downstairs toilet. He visited immediately on our return from holiday (we isolated the pipe as it burst a few hours before our flight). Excellent communications regarding quote and timings. He was incredibly thorough and meticulous in all the work he did. Asked him to replace all the hoses to the wash basin and toilet to future proof against another leak/burst. This made for a late evening for him but he was just as precise in his work and his explanations. No hint whatsoever of trying to rush the job. No hesitation in recommending him.

Chris arrived at my property at around 2pm and set too, to try and locate the cause of a leak in my ensuite which had resulted in water escaping into my bedroom and downstairs toilet and hallway. It took some time and lots of running water to eliminate the possible culprits. Eventually Chris determined it was the toilet which had possibly been leaking since the property was built. The access to that area was extremely limited due to boxing in and tiling. Chris worked meticulously with the aid of a mirror and torch to remove the toilet and fit new seals, washers and a waste pipe without having to remove tiling etc. He stayed until 9pm to finish the job! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful of trying to avoid disturbing decor and indeed cutting into the ceiling to detect the leak which at one point was a distinct possibility due to the design of the house with little access to pipework. He was also monitored most of the time by my Granddoggy Woody and found time to give him a fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and will definitely use him again for any future issues.

Chris came to fix 2 toilets behaving badly. WE agreed a start date for the job, but he went to great pains to best diagnose the problem before his arrival with pictures and telecons.
