Prompt reply to initial call. Chris was very helpful in suggesting the type of tap I needed to get to replace old one. Very thorough in his attention to detail to complete the job effectively. Was also able to do a couple of other little jobs whilst he was here. Nothing was too much trouble.

Chris was very punctual, friendly and really knows all there is to know about plumbing. We’ve had him to do 2 separate jobs and both finished up below his quotes. He cleans up really well, too, which is a definite plus!!

Solved a leak under the kitchen sink, and connection to the dishwasher. Excellent job, and very thorough testing for leaks. Chris was also very accommodating in terms of timing to get the job done. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Chris was very very responsive to my enquiry, offering a quote for moving an external tap the very same day and then offering to complete the work the next day.

Very pleased with the job and the turnaround time, albeit at a price near the top end of his quotation. Would definitely use Chris again and would recommend him if you want a job doing quickly.

Had a leak behind a toilet and contacted Chris. He got back to me quickly and assessed the fault via the exchange of a couple of photos. He then turned up the same day to fix the problem. Highly recommended.

With just 2 days to go before our holiday, the kitchen mixer tap decided to start leaking. After contacting Chris, he turned up that same evening and set to work on the replacing the tap. He also fixed a leak from the stop tap whilst carrying out the job

I had contacted someone through check a trader and totally ripped off starting with a leaking tap to which they said they fixed to no water contacted them again to say new tap needed over £300 then contacted Chris and explained the wrong advice and rip off from the others

Chris at JW Scott Plumbing ticks all the boxes in my opinion. He did high standard repairs and replacements to 3 of my toilets. He was punctual and his prices were reasonable and fair. Chris kept me informed throughout both his visits and left everything clean and tidy. He seems to be a genuine decent man and I will recommend him to anyone who asks if I know a good plumber.

Chris was polite methodical and kept us informed of his work plan throughout. He actually finished the work earlier than planned and reduced the cost accordingly.
