I’ve used Chris a couple of times, and found him to be open and honest and above all reliable when he offers to help with plumbing jobs. So I phoned him to ask whether he could help to clear a blocked toilet. Rather than waste both his time and mine he offered his experienced advice on how I might clear the blockage myself, which worked within seconds, so he solved the problem on the phone to my complete satisfaction.
